The printing production time for orders under 5 copies take 1~3 business days, orders over 5 copies need 1 more day. We will notify you when it has been sent.
(Hardcover book binding takes extra 1 days, thanks for your patience.)

2. Shipping times:

USA/Australia/Canada orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered via Paid Express shipping (FedEx/DHL/UPS).
USA/Australia/Canada orders take 5-8 business days to delivered via priority shipping.
USA/Australia/Canada orders take 8-14 business days to delivered via Free economic shipping.
Europe orders take 5-12 business days to be delivered.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

3. Shipping cost:

Free shipping option available for all orders.
Priority shipping(5-8 business days) costs $3.99+.
Express shipping (3-5 business days) costs $12.99+, the cost difference depends on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at cart/checkout.

4. How do I track the shipping information of my order?

The tracking information will be sent to the email address on your order after it is shipped. And you can search the information via the tracking code or order id (eg: 1002) at Track Your Order page, too.

5. What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

Please contact our Customer Service via support@homeinnkprint.com with the order number and picture of the parcel/item you received. We will work to resolve the problem immediately.
